Walmart Supercenter

Clean store and parking lot. The area looks safe. There were no lines when we went. The store was well-stocked. They could use more trial sized items, though. Great place to run in and grab what you need.

Never any shopping baskets available. It's like they have 3 for the entire store to use. This isn't an issue for other area locations. Very narrow aisles. Some are so small that if there is an associate pulling online orders there isn't room to fit a shopping cart past them. I have seen many handicapped people in the motorized shopping carts get stuck in aisles because they can't move past people. This location seems to have half the merchandise of other stores. Ever since the remodel a few years ago this location is just terrible to visit. Get more baskets, open up floor space, and get a better product selection.

Woman at the self checkout stand (On 12-18-23) accused my husband of stealing. Embarrassed him in front of everyone, continued to pull up the video which showed he did absolutely nothing wrong. Scoffed at him and made rude remarks when she realized SHE WAS WRONG and never apologized. Hopefully she gets written up at the very least. Absolutely unacceptable behavior especially during the holidays. Shame on her and her ignorance. Do better.

This Walmart is TRASH…When your hours are posted OPEN Christmas Eve till 6pm you should honor them as I drove 15 min to grab cookies for my kids to leave out for Santa. The one thing I forgot….I showed up 15 min before closing at 5:45 and you’ve got a lady being rude with ZERO customer service training blocking the front door telling people to turn around as she won’t let you through. This company and location has always been trash but another reminder not to shop here….I was told Sergio the store manager told employees to not let anyone in 20 min prior to closing. Don’t post your hours then decide not to honor them. I went to Albertsons right up the street and got there 2 min before they closed…. and got my cookies as they were nice enough to let me in and honor there closing time. Took me 2 min to grab cookies and I was out.

Went to purchase a 65" TV they had the one we wanted. We left without it because the employees in the electronics department couldn't find a big cart and told us to come back after 9pm when a flat cart might be available. Will be going to Best Buy tomorrow morning where the same TV is $20 less and I am sure they will be able to figure out how to get it to the parking lot.
